Shipping Policy

*Important Notice: Possible Delivery Delays

  • Kindly note that there may be delays in the delivery of your order due to the current fuel shortage in Sri Lanka. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused

Shipping Locations

  • We deliver island-wide to any location within Sri Lanka

Shipping Time

  • Most orders are estimated to be delivered within 2 to 7 business days depending on the delivery location
  • Our team works hard to ensure a timely delivery, but it may take longer during promotions, public holidays, travel restrictions or any unforeseen delays

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a third-party courier tracking number (when applicable). 
  • It can be found in your shipping confirmation/dispatch email update

Delivery Fees
Orders below Rs. 10,000

  • A delivery fee would apply for orders below Rs. 10,000
  • Depending on your shipping address, the amount can vary between Rs. 300 and Rs. 500
  • Kindly ensure that the “City” field of the shipping address is typed correctly, with no spelling errors. 
  • Always enter the larger or nearest city wherever possible, instead of the town for an accurate shipping rate (ex. Instead of “Akuressa” try “Matara”)

Orders above Rs. 10,000

  • We offer free island-wide shipping for orders above Rs. 10,000. 
  • The free shipping option must be selected at checkout to utilise this offer
  • The estimated delivery time is the same as our standard shipping option

Store Pickups

  • For your added convenience, you can choose to order online, and pick up at any of our stores
  • Store Pickup orders will be ready for collection within 1 to 3 business days. *Orders including bedding items may take more than 2 days for pick up
  • Orders placed on weekdays before 4pm will be ready for pick up on the following working day. 
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be ready for pick up on Monday (after 12pm).
  • We will notify you via email once the order is dispatched and ready to be collected
  • You can make a payment online beforehand or choose to pay in cash when you collect your order

Cash on Pickup

  • Kindly aim to pick up your order within 7 days of dispatch confirmation
  • In case the package is not collected within a week, your order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse
  • Opening the sealed package is strictly prohibited prior to making the payment
  • If you wish to inspect your order, it can be done so after the transaction is complete

Cash on Delivery

  • We offer island-wide cash on delivery facilities
  • Our delivery partners will contact you prior, in order to confirm the delivery time
  • Opening the sealed package is strictly prohibited prior to making the payment to our delivery partners
  • If you wish to inspect your order, it can be done so after the transaction is complete

Changes to Shipping Address/Shipping Method

  • To change the delivery address or shipping method of your order, kindly contact us immediately at or on our hotline at +94 72 226 4444. We will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed
  • As our team works hard to get your orders dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change
  • Any increase in delivery fee is to be borne by the customer

Store Pickup to Delivery

  • Delivery fee would apply for orders below Rs. 10,000
  • Free delivery can be arranged for orders above Rs. 10,000
  • The amount due can be paid online — ES shipping rates would apply
  • You can also pay the delivery fee in cash, on delivery — Amount can vary depending on the package weight, and delivery location

Delivery to Store Pickup

  • Delivery fee will not be refunded for cash or store credit
