We ship to any location within Sri Lanka.
2. SHIPPING TIME
We are committed to delivering orders in the shortest possible period. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 4 days depending on the delivery location.
3. CHANGING THE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Your order will be despatched to the given delivery address at checkout. To change the delivery address of your order, you are advised to check with us immediately on possibility, as orders may be despatched on the same day. 4. LOCAL SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer free shipping in Sri Lanka for all orders above Rs. 5,000. Orders below this amount are charged between Rs. 300 and Rs. 500, depending on the delivery address.
5. STORE PICKUPS
You can choose to order and pay online, and pick up at any of our stores. Store Pickup orders will be ready for collection within two days.
6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

7. REVERSE SHIPPING
In case you need to return the product(s) to us, the reverse shipping will be organised by Elegant Smockers Online Store. In case returns were coordinated by the customer, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
